SERVICE AGREEMENT
Thank you for choosing NextGen Disposal for your dumpster rental. This service agreement protects both NextGen employees and customers. Please read the entire document. A signed copy must be returned before a dumpster will be delivered. Thank you for your cooperation!

PAYMENT METHODS: A valid credit card is the required method of payment for all dumpster rentals. Credit cards will be charged the day before or the day of dumpster placement for the full rental fee. Charges will also be incurred when dumpster changeouts are requested or overweight fees are applicable. Charges will reflect as NextGen Disposal or Donnie Disposal of SWFL LLC.

DUMPSTER RENTAL: Rental rates include delivery fees, hauling fees, and disposal in the landfill. Dumpster rental is for 14 days and includes 1 ton or 2000 pounds. Anything over 1 ton will be charged accordingly ($0.08 per pound). An extra charge for every additional day after the 14-day rental period will apply ($7.14 per day). A fee will also apply when a dumpster is relocated ($100). If the dumpster is overfull or inaccessible, labor charges to adjust uneven or unsafe loads will apply. NextGen Disposal requires a flat and level surface for dumpster placement.

LOADING LEVEL AND WEIGHT INSTRUCTIONS: NextGen Disposal customers are responsible for filling the dumpster and
its contents. The dumpster must be loaded evenly and level. Nothing should extend higher than the side or top rails. Concrete, dirt, rocks, brick, asphalt, stucco, and other heavy inert materials may not be loaded any higher than 2’ above the bin floor or half dumpster full only. The maximum weight limit on all dumpsters to be hauled is 4,000 pounds. Overweight loads are dangerous and subject to be dumped and reloaded at the customer’s expense or be billed a surcharge.

HARD TO MANAGE AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: NextGen Disposal does not allow the following items to be placed in its dumpsters: household trash, food, liquids, batteries, paint, toxic materials, oils, hazardous waste materials, explosives, and pressurized containers of any kind. Mattresses, couches, appliances, tires, televisions, computer monitors, white goods, asbestos, telephone poles, railroad tires, wood pilings, and agricultural waste are subject to additional charges at all local disposal facilities. Fees per item will be charged accordingly. Hand loading only. Please no loading with any type of tractor and no dumpster smashing allowed.
